Dubai: In its second week of commercial operations flydubai, Dubai’s first low cost airline, is set to start flights to two more destinations.
Flight FZ229 to Damascus will take off from Dubai International Airport’s Terminal 2 at 7.10pm today and land 3 hours and 20 minutes later at 9.30pm local time.
The Alexandria-bound flight FZ177 will leave Dubai at 6.45pm tomorrow and arrive just under four hours later at El Nozha Airport at 9.40pm local time.
The flights follow the successful launch of flydubai’s first two routes on June 1 and 2 to Beirut and Amman respectively. flydubai operates from an enhanced and modernised Terminal 2 on the north side of Dubai International Airport.
