Emirates NBD, a leading bank in the region, announced today that it has signed an agreement with Dubai Airports to set up four new pay offices at terminals 2 & 3 to offer enhanced financial services to passengers travelling through Dubai.

GCC residents arriving in the UAE via Dubai can also collect their e-stickers from the bank’s pay offices at the airport. Emirates NBD is the only bank approved by the Ministry of Finance to provide this service at Dubai Airports.

“Foreign currency exchange services are a fundamental requirement for international passengers, and increasing the number of pay offices will enable us to provide all passengers travelling through Dubai Airports, easy access to such services,” said Mohammed Al Falasi, Senior Vice President and Head of Direct Sales Force and Alternative Channels, Emirates NBD. “Emirates NBD and Dubai Airports have been working together for more than 37 years, since the bank set up its first counter in the departures area in the early 1970s, and this agreement further strengthens the cooperation between our two organisations.”

“The pay offices will also service corporate clients including Dubai Airports, Emirates Airline, DNATA, Department of Naturalisation and Residency Services and Marhaba Services, by offering them easy access to money deposit stations around the clock, saving their time and effort,” she added.

With the establishment of the four additional pay offices, Emirates NBD will now operate a total of 12 such offices across all terminals at Dubai Airports to offer financial services on a 24/7 basis to passengers.
