The highly anticipated iPhone 4 was released in the UK on Thursday, as thousands of eager consumers waited for the latest smartphone from Apple outside of the flagship Apple Store in London. Some had been queued for 24 hours in order to be among the first in the country to get the iPhone 4, which is lighter and thinner than previous models. The new release of the iPhone also uses its stainless steel body to improve reception of mobile signals by acting as an antenna, according to the Cupertino-based company.
Other improvements of the must-have device include 40 per cent more talk-time resulting from increased battery performance, as well as an improved camera. The current model allows for five megapixel quality, whereas prior versions were limited to 3.2 megapixels.[Read More]
